I kind of regret fortifying Tensa as Kyoka is better in all shapes without doubt (except Tensa has better speed for the team but that's situational) :

Yes only if we knew kyoka is coming we wouldnt have fortified tensa but i dont have regret can work my way up by saving again.
Also you said sometimes tensa has better speed in sometimes. How? clearly stats say otherwise. please explain.

Note that Tensa gives a buff of 15% speed to the team, if somehow your support starts first (before your opponent) the assaulters get a total of 18+15 = 33% speed before their turn, 3% more than Kyoka, that's cute but for some 3% means a lot lol
Senbonsakura gives 21% base speed to assaulters and 25% speed buff, yep, 46% speed total, but it's harder to make a good trick of it since you need at least two balanced assaulters : one speedy to triggers the buff and the other to nuke, if there is only one stacked assaulter it's useless, it's either you start first or second, the 25% SPD buff won't play there.
Remember, the initial speed is important for your fastest partner, the buff is important for the rest of your team (not your fastest partner).

Not so fast ! I am lazy to entirely analyze, but the team deals less damage with Katen than with Kyoka... Though that's with only the zanpakuto's buffs, none of the partners', if you want the partners just bring Shy Nemu, Hikifune and a nuker assaulter with Katen and let the magic happens... lol

Even if Katen comes in UBP i may take it but not use it.
Even the top players of my server bought Katen when it came and now simply dropped Katen when he got Kyoka.
So i can definitely say Kyoka is better than Katen.
