Since they have a very small team and cannot respond to every post I would expect that you wont get a direct reply. They will be aware of the downed server and will likely dish out compensation as they have done in the past. People should know this by now.

Best way to get GoGame/Developers to address server downtime?

So it has been a whole day that Server EU61 has been down..

I'm missing out on a ton of daily stuff.

Server EU60 and EU62 work perfectly fine.
EU61 I get black screen after Login Game Server....
"Login Game Server" loading bar also never actually 'loads'

What do you guys think it'd take for them to address my concerns?

Maybe if they agreed to transfer my character over to a US server.

This downtime is making me scared that maybe my server data got wiped.
It makes no sense that EU60 and EU62 work, but mine, in the middle: EU61 does not...

If they lost my data, I'm going to ask Paypal for all my money back.

Dang, is GoGames registered in the US?
The BBB might have a little sway on their motivation.
