this post is plain ridiculous, If you havent notice, Tobiume gives your Vanguard a lot more stats then the other zanpakuto before 65. If you don't believe me, then check her stats.:victory:

No it doesn't, its average for your vanguard, like most Zanpakuto, Tobiume is an assaulter type zanpakuto with default Vanguard stats.
If you want a vanguard oriented Zanpakuto, you should to use Wabisuke or Gegetsuburi, then Tenken or Hozukiramu, after which Hyorinmaru is the best zanpakuto for vanguards in the whole game.

compare to most of the zanpakuto you listed, which is probably not available to that player yet, Tobiume increase both Van and Assult better than most zanpakuto.

If you think that Tobiume is an assulter Zanpakuto, then why not just wait for Kazeshini at lvl 65. True that kazeshini wouldn't increase any of your Vanguard Stat like tobiume, but it increases assulters and supporters

Well, it is , you should only use it in PvE for your 1-3-1 or 0-3-2 formation, lol

it also help you in PVP... Gives your vanguard alot of avoid injury, HP and survival rate.
Have you ever thought about asking your question in the right section of the forums? Please don't fill up the important strategy guide section with simple questions, when you do this important guides are pushed down to where they aren't seen by people who need them.
To answer your question I would pick hineko at 50 over the top up and the level 65 and 75 free zanpukto are best, top up is usable and other then the mentioned 4 all the others are garbage
