Yachiru always was his zampakto. Is like Zangetsu and Ichigo can fight, speak. But all in seireitei can see the spirit of zamp of ken. Why only Yachiru always see the battles of ken? Not because she is a good lieutenant XD

well considering kisuke's bankai is an offensive / supportive type..
the skill it should buff mostly the assaulters and supporters.. and also it's purpose is a sense of healing by dissecting and stitching up.. so... maybe have that be a way to counter RJ's ignite or ignite in general but it only has a 5% chance to do it.. (maybe i dunno) ...

Benihime actually could be the fury giver zanp, sinve tavern and bankai urahara both give fury. That way Kyoka could chaos/control like you guys wished.
