How do you get bankai for your zanpakuto. I currently have shikai haineko but it says reiatsu level not enough? And now you just proved me right ;P Acting all biiig and mighty on forums...that is sooo mature :L Afaik, you need reiatsu lv 18 for bankai, and lv 41 for hogyoku-kai, the last and strongest stage.
