In description for ''Seireitel Farewell'' it says that chapters will update, when will that happen? Also a sub-question: If i have character limit - will i be able to hire character or do i have to buy an extra slot?Thanks!

Yes, thats what i've done. Yes, but that does not apply to hired partners. You get them directly.
