help please! admins? i didn't receive my gold :( it's been 2hrs now, and i still haven't received it

Same here like 20 mins ago.I topped up 10 USD/8.63 euro and there was a message stating my transaction wasn't complete.I tried again but the  amount had vanished from my paysafecard.
