I would be pissed if they lowered the price, i just bought Kyoka this week... You can hope for them to appear in UBP (like they did with Sode no Shirayuki from ABB) but the chances are quite low

The CSB Partners are exclusive to CSB only except for White Ichigo.
Their currency is Challenge Stones and not gold.
If it was gold, there may have been a decrease in their price but as it isn't, no, there shall not be, as far as I believe, at least.

i think ubp are giving better chars now so i will quit getting csb chars for now
