operation timed out again

I was having this problem 2 days ago the screen not loading nd saying operation timed out. . . than after few hours the game was running fine bt now it again says operation timed out. . .. Please staff get rid of this bug asap

Try changing your IP address to the UK or to Switzerland. It worked for me after that.
