How to get ulqiorra coupons

I'm level 90 and I was just wondering when can I redeem for ulqiorra coupons? I thought I had to be lvl 90 but I still cant see them. So im assuming I have to get to a certain point in hueco mundo to be able to redeem? If anyone can clarify that would be great

you should be able to see them after you refresh rewards once.

U need to be atleast vip1 to see the partners coupons who has a vip requirement

I saw it when I was level 90. Not to worry. I am hoping to see Kenpachi tho. =p
