Which set is better The Dreadnought or Ultimate Equipment set?

both sets are very easily passed by free stuff you get before level 80 he was saying that the 90 gold you get is better spent elsewhere
and for the 2 ultimate sets for the reward, #1 the reward is garbage, and #2 the 120 sets from CSB or many other places work for that as well
