Getting Bonds?

Does anyone know how to get byakuyas crit bond?
AS well as gins?

I already got the 3 stars needed and the required partners

So.... i went and did what you said and it still doesnt show me the upgrade function
Just keeps saying "go training"

well try ed 1000times   but its impossible to take no more than 50% of my hp they hit 8 or 9

no zanpakuto use main cha. and aizen only,
damage dealt by aizen is no less than 70% damage,
but before you do that make sure you already recruited kaname tousen to activate his bond,
