Cant buy experiences gift pack

I cant buy the experiences lv50 VIP2 discount gift pack, all the time say level too high but i tried since lv53 now im lv57 and i still need that items, so i cant see any advertisement of the lv limit to buy this items btw lv53 isnt to high when this are from lv50 experiences:L. So tell me its a bug or put some advertisement about that :@.

You cannot buy low level pack after you got lvl 50
ok thanks but i bought some lv30 packs at lv43+ so i tought this also can be purchased after lv50,before i reach lv60 , anyway thx for reply
