Block VS Break Def.

If your Vanguard has 100% block and opponent has 140% break def. what is that chance of block not activating?

I think break def rate isn't relative to block rate, it go for your enemy defence (and it usually max at just 100% break def for almost characters)
btw 100% block is too low, it always has a chance for block not avtive ( my Noza"s block rate is 160% but he doesn't always give a block, too)

the chance of your vanguard to block is -40%(it'll never block if enemy br.def is higher than your block),
it doesnt work like dodge and hit, where you naturally have 100%+ hit rate and ~0% dodge rate

Not even a single chance bro, (block) + (target's break) = (your block against that target).
