The promotion system

I keep getting promoted to 5th division captain,but when I come back, it says I'm still a 5th division lieutenant and I keep having to upgrade to captain. Has happened numerous times. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

if you are getting deranked, it might be because you dont have enough prestige to cover the daily deduction. try to make sure you have enough to cover that per day so you dont have to deal with this issue.
