1) You are also hilarious with your "logic"
2) Some players are still be able to play because they kept their account logged in, not everyone cant log on. So you can lose rank.
3) Games go down during event hours, causes a lot of loss for players, they HAVE to compensate WITH PROPER AMOUNT if they want players keep supporting this game. It's part of the customer service, a lot of paid players spend tons in this game, and expect a better respond.
4) I only got 2mil silver and 100 coupons, I don't know how you get a double.
5) You are #4 in the server and only 4m, which isnt that much. We, who make over 20mil per ES event has every right to whine. 20m silver allow us to fortify a few pieces of equipment.
