Yeah it's true we can ask for second chance ( you can get 30-40% of your cumulate top up back on a new serv ). what's the point with "racist"? as they say gm gave free top up only his own nation players ??? isn't that racist ? nah, nothing to do with "racism", relax ;)

I fully agree they could/should do the same on EU/US servers, but again, the whole policies are different...
