Do you have any special characters in the information you provided. Like a tilde or ampersand? Are you using only english letters? Have you cleared your browser history?

tried more than 10 times always get this message  and it work

i got the same error and  i got the gold right away

it was saying somthing about i need 3D password from my bank
however  i tried the other way for paying and it work
well probably the life is giving me a chance yea but this is last time i top up so its ok i think
