Daily Benefit "Retrieve Resources" ??

Can some one tell me
if on this Retrieve Resources thing from Daily benefit
that u only get those if u didnt particepated on those events ?

I mean today I could retrieve
guild war reward , ryoka reward and protect seireitei reward  .. since the servers were dead on that time yesterday and no one could particepate
but early that day I did the evil spirit
and its the only reward I couldnt retrieve ...

So do I see it right that this retrieve resources thing
is an extra reward for those who are not particepating in all events ?

yeah its only for those who missed last nights events

you can still take the silver/xp from 2nd page everyday

from what i have seen, you can only retrieve which event you missed the previous day

but isnt it like even more useless then ever
... so ppl are even less active ?
cuz they can now log in each day to get silver and exp without doing sth

The reward is abysmally small.

not really its only like the 3-8% the silver and exp minus the silver, stones and souls i can get at ryoka kills so dont worth miss the event on pourpose :P

Its more of a system to keep people who cant show up at the event gaining exp so the population on the server stays healthy.
