in-app purchase not available. wooat?

Hi guys. its been months in my facebook server that i am unable to purchase gold.when i click the 'buy gold' option. the earlier normal blog doesn't appear.rather an 'error message' appears saying ' payment failed..... in-app purchase not available'. how? why? btw all my previous transaction are indicated as successful.Moreover, i have written several times to Devs for fixing it. is it bugged or? idk. #need for gold:'(
