I personally would like to try out the combo build for PvE:
Isshin - Main - Sexy Yoru
Rukia / Kisuke / Obidient / Arrancar / D. Rukia
Sogyo No Kotowari
Seems like a TON of silver to be had during events.
But I'd need isshin / sexy / sogyo

Good luck. Im struggling just waiting for the events to end. As for pve, can hardly get a last hit in while 80-90 just kill everything.

sexy is no longer needed, shura kenpachi or panterra is better
senbonzakura is better than sogyo
if someone had the SWP kenpachi and senbonzakura, that would be insane dmg
and unless you're like wishatake with VG hp/block on assaulters, vg is needed for wave 51+ in ryoka

you get 2 points for free every hour. the event lasts for 5 days x24 = 120 hours x 2 = 240 points for free at MAX nowhere near free mate :)

Assuming you're using Rukia:
Panterra
200% growth
t1 = 200 * 5 + (4 * 30) = 1120% growth total
else 200 * 4 + 100 + (4 * 30) = 1020%
Sexy
305% growth
t1 = 305 (+25) + 100 + 305 (+25) + 100 + 305 (+25) + (4 * 30) = 1310% growth total
else 100 + 305 (+25) + 100 + 305 (+25) + 100 + (4 * 30) = 1080% growth total

200% x2 = 400% growth rate each round
400% x 5 rounds = 2000% growth..
