Isn't void the only thing Jakka is better at than Kyoka?
Kyoka has a slightly higher damage rate than RJ, so it could be better than RJ for VR as long as the team is tanky enough. Muken does so much damage it is crazy. Before Muken, my highest damage with Mayuri led team was around 414m, I did over 2 billion more damage than that today with Muken wearing Mayuri's gear and Mayuri wearing Muken's.
RJ is still better for PvP, as long as he goes 2nd, even after Kyoka gets rid of debuff and buff, RJ goes after it, the debuff and buff will still cast on the team. RJ team will have more def to finish the other team off. Speed wont matter after Kyoka release.

Low vips colect inferno stones slower and solo muken will get controled so idk maybe geting kyoka first its better for them, it will be waste to focus in void if someone kill it in 2 hits

well if you go second with RJ you will burn them in pvp but the point is the Battle Power
no vip player will give up on BP so they will change RJ for Kyoka no matter what xD

Damn, if you had zero inferno stones it would take you 300 days to get 12k inferno stones, if you got 40 stones each day. Genti is in the same boat, he gets blocked by Devil though :p
Powerful PVP zankpakto, the tactic is to move the second and hope that the chaos will fall on the right opponent. Boring, I imagine how everyone will aspire to TOT to go second :)
