Can't find level 40 in 1 day rewards

I just turned level 40 in 1 day on server 21 but I cant find the rewards. Can someone please help me?

Here is my proof that I reached level 40 in 1 day on server 21. Please tell me how to get the rewards. :(

I missed it by about half an hour. I just had too much other stuff going on. =( 39.5 is a lame place to be when the clock rolls around.
