If they attack first when your character is faster... it means they are faster.

What i can changed ? If he was offline when you checked his stats, they appear lower than what they really are. If he was online, he may of been hiding true stats when you checked. Edited by [email protected] at 2017-6-20 16:57
Im 354730 and now he have 350571..... im have more anyway... The Reiatsu makes the difference which u don't see, that is the difference in speed, if he has bigger reiatsu than u Here is what I mean by stats don't show correctly when offline.

His reiatsu level was higher in the BR, so make sure you look at the green stats when he is online since those are the stats used for PVP. Wher U see this green stats?
