I haven't got any e-mails and I had several hundred dollars taken out of "Declines" before I knew it was an issue and that it actually took it out.

I get this everytime they charge me but no Gold and they eventually send it back

No, I wasn't aware it was even a problem till I checked my account when seeing several forum posts and noticed I was missing a lot more money than what I spent. I'd get 2 Declines in a row and figure it was a mess up, do it a 3rd time and it work, then I moved to Payment Wall and had no major issues other than gold being delivered late at times (up to an hour after the confirmation).
