Sexy. Sexy is basically one of the best PvE characters in the entire game. She's probably second only to Isshin.

shini for pvp, sexy for pve. both are one of the bests
When most people refer to Sexy Yorui being one of the best Person Versus Event chars:
They're basing it solely for Evil Spirit and Ryoka
Shinigami Yoruichi is best at all the other Player vs Events such as:
Guild War, Seireitei, Espada, Modify Partner
To clarify any confusion at all.
Aristeaus is right to say Sexy Yoru is probably only second to Isshin for Ryoka/ES
I dunno, Sexy is ok for pvp and other pve as well. Vanguard killer formations are a thing after all. Bit harder to do in this game as opposed to UN, since Zanpakuto almost always increase VG stats, but it is possible. She also can make a 1-3-1 fury boost team work. T1 Urahra into T1 Sexy into T1 everything is fairly strong. I would venture to say its even stronger then trying to run a 2-2-1 with Rukia and Urahara. And you see that 2-2-1 formation all the time in pvp.
Shini Yoruichi is #3 on my list of most powerful characters in the game though. It is hard to argue with her ability.

yes, that is when we swap our partners from pvp formation, only for ES and ryoka. espada/mod partner are all situational , i wouldnt add that to pve since we are talking abt a specific team formation. so yeah ES and ryoka sexy yorui is best, go for her but then don't get other players later cos u will be confused and wont allot time for mod tiers for each.

She can be a huge asset for pvp too, if you can make a domino fury effect, using t1 urahara on her if she can start 100 fury and give fury to others to start also 100 fury you'll have a t1 team fury, she's good and combined with ishin your dmg in pve will be monster

he's on my list but not in this event, i'll deal with gin using yoru stun for now and i you can make her faster and t1 her too she can at least reduce his fury and avoid the skill
I might have to reconsider getting Urahara for Sexy Yourichi now LOL. Man. All of them seem like great options.
