Unable to log into Server during 1900hr time period

For the last few days I've been unable to get into my server during the Guild War registration period, or during guild wars itself..

If I do get online, I can't do anything at all, and am almost immediately disconnected.

This causes me to not be able to claim my evening Vitality, register and participate in guild wars, or maintain my positioning in arena for the daily chest..

wasnt able to log in again until just before protect seireitei.. so i got screwed outta ryoka too
