1-2-2, just love the balance of it.

team: Shini Urahara/Rukia, Main/Shini Yoru, Toshiro. My zanpakuto: Zangetsu

1-3-1 at early stage
1-2-2 at mid stage
1-1-3 at late stage
Its the trend and with obvious reasons too.

Early stage, u get some good assaulters like renji and rangiku.
Mid stage u tends to start controlling the pace with some supporters like tavern yoruchi and hallibel.
Late stage when u beef up ur main and u get awesome supporters like tavern aizen, unohana and gin for total control

just because this is a good thread and my team change since I last posted what it was

for PVP I run 1-2-2 as its the most stable and the best build to interchange partners depending on the situation

current formation: Hollowed Ichigo, Ikkaku(will be replaced by Shini Yoruichi) Ghost Blade Main, Tavern Gin, and Tavern Aizen

for ES and Ryoka I run 0-3-2 (early waves of Ryoka)

ES/Ryoka formation: Ghost Blade Main(9th skill), Ikkaku, Tavern Kenpachi, Kisuke, and Rukia

PVE depends on the situation and who your fighting as certain partners are better for the job then others
