actually Ruri'iro hogyuko unlocks at level 45 but its not showing up on any servers over S75, hollow souls is showing even though it shouldn't show until level 70
on my serv eu86 players said that they havent hogyoku power icon, so they us i lose this day
I just became level 70 & Hogyoku Icon reappeared + King of Hallow Souls + Hollow soul map.
The reason why Hallow Soul Map is black for Level 69 & Under is because it's not usable until lvl 70.
(Yes I've had that Hallow Soul Map after the update as your Picture showed I've tried it/tested it out. It was black each time I went in until I became 70 & it works fine now.)

before updaye when hogyoku power icon disapiered, i read bleach dairy and didnt saw it icon there, and hollow soul icon i saw there, it need 70+lv after i reboot page, this hollow soul stay visible but i am at 54lv and hogyoku power icon arent in game for all players who i ask, i cant dismiss partner cose it wrote
"put of hogyoku power from parntner before dismissing him" and in team icon wroten that i had my hogyoku on partners... when i use exchange all, they trade on words, but in real stats of this hogyoku stay with member who give all equip to another, when reboot page, wroten that hogyoku power on member who gives equip stays with them
I got my Hogyoku Icon back and I never lvled up past 64. So it is NOT.. for the last time a lvl 70+ option.. It was a glitch in how the icons were loading on the screen. Icons were reprogrammed and whoever did so, coded something wrong and so the Hogyoku Icon was not showing up for many people. This glitch has since been fixed on the 3 servers EU, and US that I play on. Two of those characters aren't even lvl 50 yet and I have been able to go back to farming Hogyoku since the bug fix... So obviously, it's NOT a lvl 70+ option. A-duh...
Let me just go ahead and ask our Dev about this kind of issue. and if i got the reply im going to send it right away in this forum.
It was a bug, because I was lvl 74 when it happened.. People, read the first post before replying. :@
