I've gone back and forth a lot on this one, but I was just looking at Muken's stats, mods, skill, evo, ect... I'd be a fool not to pick that up and stack him hard... KS will have to wait...hell, I may let TSI expire a while and pick up Shin Isshin to get even more out of Muken

You expect Kyoka Suigetsu to be released in UBP before inferno shop? :D I bet you won't see her there at least years after release in inferno shop. Did you see RJ? Minazki? Bazz-B? And other new partners? You didn't.
