can`t claim lvl 20 gift box

As you can see i am lvl 27 and still can not claim lvl 20 gift pack

Some other users were reporting that they did not unlock the level 20 gift box until level 30. Can you confirm this is the case?

Hm this happened to me too now one or two hours, but I refreshed and then I could of claimed it, make sure that you will be able to get it after you refresh if not only then this is a bug. Sometime's is just the network lattency (slow internet, etc.)
