Acheivement Counter is not going up for some tasks

Several of my tasks in the achievement tab.....for example the level 50 Challenge Instance is tuck on 15/20 even though I completed a lot more than 15....anyone else having this problem/got a fix?

No it's the "Complete Requirements: Accumulate successfully challenge pass Level 50 Hard Mode Instance 20times (15/20)"

they know its broken its nothing new everyone has been talking about it since it came out, some people have all of them work some dont
