Whats the best thing to spend gold on? (lvl ~45)

As the topic says, any hints ? :)

Partners, zanpakutos, ultimate equipment (usually for the lvl 80+ ones), protection stones for infusing spirit if you so choose but those are only for lvl 50+
most importantly is stones to equip in gear

Spirit stones, 1 good zanpakuto (unless you want to get it by saving vit, which wil slow your growth process)
Special EQ sets shouldn't be your 1st concern, at least not till lvl 90/100+
