Ruri Iro Hogyoku reappeares at Level 70

I just became level 70 & Hogyoku Icon reappeared + King of Hallow Souls + Hollow soul map.

The reason why Hollow Soul Map is black for Level 69 & Under is because it's not usable until lvl 70.
(Yes I've had that Hollow Soul Map after the update I've tried it when I was level 68-69. It was a black screen until I became 70 & it works fine now.)

Hope this helps to those that are frustrated over this new change & New Players.

That's great that it reappeared for you or those who've reached level 70, but what about those who have yet to reach it and can't level their current stones. I myself am still 5 levels away from 70 and I've already missed two days of leveling them, this being the third. They need fix this crap.
