banning by ip's was never a good idea which is probably why its only by usernames.
firstly not all ip's are fixed and some players have dynamic ip's which change every 2 hours. on top of that even if they did have a fixed ip address they could ghost another ip address which causes people who are playing or are yet to play to be banned.
banning by domains is a waste of time as well since you are not banning just one person but multiple people in one go which leaves mac address banning. I doubt the options for banning even have the option to do that even today. They just need new / better forums. The one I use is free but has built in bot detection and auto delete/hides the topic the users in the "bot" group. Which makes it so it really doesn't effect the other topics and such. They need to have a active forum moderator though. I thought this thread was going to talk about how GoGames is prostituting the Bleach fandom to earn a quick buck. Ahaha, That could definitely be brought up to though :@ pay gogames money everytime they ban
