ultimate set

i bought the ultimate set, the 36gold for a set, the gold was deducted but the set were not in my backpack.. what should i do?

Check  for a box/chest in your backpack.

The set should be in the "Items" section, you must open the box first to get the items out of it.
Backpack > Items section > "Ultimate Equipment Set" > Press it > Press use > Press confirm > Equipment section > Tada :P
