no, it's bugged, i think nell is around lvl80 and ulk is 90, kenpachi 100 and aizen idk but maybe 110 or 120
when i first saw him he was one of the ones i wanted to get but if i was to use him i would have to switch to a 1-3-1 formation and that would pretty much be suicide with the amount of gins im facing daily. I went for nel instead which I almost have the upgraded version of her just need 2 more levels then i can recruit her. I saw a comment previously in another thread about being able to use the fragments got on the first swp version on the upgraded and i was wondering if anyone has actually done that, just looking for confirmation that it works or not :o

Probably 3's or a little bit higher for standard Ulq, considering Nel and Toshiro are around that.
Though to be honest, his rates could be 2's across the board and he is still probably the best non-White Ichigo/Mugetsu pure damage dealer. 170% plus 3 burn effects for 50% each. Burn effects happen before they attack.
That is upgraded Ulq though. Normal Ulq is ok, but nothing outstanding.

what about R2 ulqiorra's stats growth rate?
had him since I was lvl 115 (121 now). R2 that is. Have posted screenies in an older post, i'll see if I can find em.
at 114, is lvl 119 now. Awesome partner, that burn damage is so helpful.
