You're too dumb to understand the reference I made.
Brazilian Bleach Online was known for its rebates which would allow you to buy TSI if you've topped up 5k gold and are VIP 5.
Spenders-Intermediate-Big Spenders
Intermediate are the VIP 3-5 from what I know, fyi.
TSI with all his bonds maxed, and with Tensa may indeed be better than a Noza with all his bonds maxed and with Hyorin.
I already said Nozarashi Kenpachi is better, as he is the free option if you're VIP 5.
I obviously say it because you don't have to buy him with gold/free^
