Lost Gold
Hi, the following is my account details;IGN - Phoenix
Server - US75
My account have 416 gold (not coupons) but after server reset (00:00am server time) at 19th January (Monday) my account suddenly lost the 400 gold? :@ I need an explanation about it. Looking forward to hearing from your side soon.

Well the amount you guys lost isnt as big as mine lol therefore i feel more pain :'( i believe it was due to that login issue earlier. Hopefully they will sort it out soon (Facebook pm-ed them+posted in forum+emailed to them) i seriously hope they dont piss me off by compensating me 400 coupon instead of gold :@ Was wondering are they even gonna reply my support email? lol
if they wont even reply that then my chances of getting my gold back is basically 0:Q Is there any ADMIN or SUPPORT that would care to look into my problem?

This is pathetic to be honest. Compare to the other browser games like gamedp/r2 games/ etc etc this is by far the worst support i've faced. I'm just bumping this up for the "GOD" of gogames to take notice.
Actually i'm just here to rant lol. Out of so many games i have played and those still playing, THEIR FREAKING SUPPORT/ADMIN/CUSTOMER SERVICE replied to my enquiry within 3 to 7 working days ! Not to mention some of them REPLIED WITHIN HOURS ! :@ GOD DAMMIT GOGAMES BUCK UP AND IMPROVE YOUR GOD DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! :Q
If you're not interested in my complaint cause you feel that i'm trying to cheat or lie or scam AT LEAST FOR GOD SAKE GIVE ME A REPLY SO I KNOW YOU'RE NOT A GHOST ! o0o :curse:
