Not sure how it works, but you are able to buy Event partner fragments 5x per day of select event partners, unfortunately Isshin isn't one of them!!
But it's a good idea if you plan to buy one of the listed heroes in the future, the fragments should still be saved!!
Thanks mate i keen to see that tomorrow, so if i understand they'll be all the old partners from previous events where you can buy frags using gold i assume. Is there any free chances idk janken style such as reio or just a pure shop? meh.. If i were a hardcore-casher i still wouldnt buy crews anymore except from joint task event, where u get them as reward while u can spend ur money for other useful stuff, which is better than buying the crew directly. he doesnt look to promising.... only base stats, dunno about the growth rates yet, if its a 0.3 diff aint worth 1,1k$ lmao... u can get a lot better partners with that
