I lost my character?

For some reason, today I logged on and I could not get into the game with my usual character. I was at level 36 12 division Lieutenant. name was Anri Yamada. I might be doing it wrong, but whenever I click on the game it sends me to new character creation. so im not sure.

On the Bleach Online homepage, if you look where you usually put your login information on it should show your server. Do you know when you started?

I don't know which server it is that I started on. all it shows me when I log on is a list of servers.

*Edit* - its EU - SU 2. but when I get on, all it does is bring me to the create a new character screen.....was my character deleted or something?

Have you tried connecting to the other EU servers just in case? Also when did you create your character?

yesterday or the day before perhaps. cant remember, been tired recently.....and I tried a few servers so far, guess ill try the others too.

If you are still unsuccessful I would suggest posting in the "Bug Report & Tech Support" section of the Forums so that you maybe able to get better assistance from an Admin.

*whew.....* I tried every single server and it was EU S1........it was trying to log me into the wrong default server.

I was a little bit scared...

because you click another server ,it will be the ussual chracter if its the same sever
