I wrote my name but I got warning message. It said "Too long, please input again". I don't want to change my old name. How can i fix it? Please Help me.

I have two character. One of Tensu Genkei in server US S60 other one Mugetsu in server US S63. This server merged and i entered US S60 Tensu Genkei stayed here after I entered US S63 server i saw this picture. Now i can't play with Mugetsu and i always played this game and purchasing gold US S63 server. Again i want to use Mugetsu and play this game. How can you help me? I waited many hours. Nobody help me.

Just change a new name within a maximum of 6 alphabet... your account is still there dont worry.

You could try using all caps

Example -> MUGETSU
