Please help on this, i top-up 5$ for 200gold, my mastercard was debited but there was no cold on my character.

It because they don't worry about single players. There really only one admin an he or she has to rest lot of servers to fix or update the same time.

meaning only one person is running this game? they don't have support team? Is it also the reason why it's so hard to send email to the support team?
