wave 51 can not damage too much i guess but wave 52 u need exactly a vg and after 53 or more u nee ...
Tank + Healer decreases the dmg too much.
I play the whole event with Kisuke-Isshin-Sexy Yuri-Prot + Hollowed Ichigo and i think my tank never died till wave too early till wave 63 or 64.
I tried 2-3-0 too but one of my assaulters had always too low mdef so he died after 3 or 4 rounds.
I think with giving him wis stones, he would survive it, but i am too lazy to try this.
And this way i dont waste exp for Rukia.

evil do you have 2 sets of armor to switch from the 1-3-1 formation to a 1-2-2 or you stick with the 1-3-1 formation even in pvp?
currently I use a 1-2-2 formation and 1 hitting till 52 while 53/54 I can take 90% health before dying, I have been considering making the change for ryoka to a 1-3-1 formation but wondering if its worth the hassle or not.

I have only 1 set of gear. For Evil Spirit one assaulter gets vanguards gear and i change blockstones from the assaulter with vanguards gear (isshin) for the agistones of the hardhitting assaulter (sexy yuri with prots gear).
In Ryoka i give prots gear to sexy yuri, isshins gear to prot and Gin´s gear to isshin, and set the speedorder to isshin -> prot sexy yuri. I have one sword at some medium enhance left for ishin.
This way i am at around 90 mio dmg at later powerbuff.

wow that sounds great 90m damage done after wave 59-60 i can only done 50-60m highest for yet sadly i havent that sexy yoruichi but i prefer csb kenpachi which i can get him in 10days ^^
wave 51 put back vg, could kill them, wave 52 replaced rukia with unohana, couldn't win. she kept on healing but last round ryoka just destroys my main team. lol i couldnt even kill a 60% hp ryoka from wave 52 onwards.
nowadays i dun even bother puttin on my PVE ryoka...
just using my normal team n just change sk9 n zabi
so tht i can lvl my partners which i normally use...
coz the diff is like 2 waves ... so guess i am just bein lazy...

thats a hell of a lot of changing lol
i usually only switch 1 set of gears and move 1 ruri hogyo stone to a different char and im ready for ryoka. spirits require 2 gear sets moved and 2 ruri hogyo stones, for my setup anyway and my damage wavers around 16-18mil dps per hit on a 0-3-2 setup.
Hm, the difference in Evil sprit is a dmg increase from 32 to 38mio by switching and in Ryoka from 60 to 90, so its a difference in my eventrewards, which is enough to do this crappy changing stuff.
