Should i get shinji hirako from black market for 500g? i heard he is good for pvp. im lvl 52 on new server.In the long run, none of them is worth

Save that 500 gold mah boi. You will need it 5 months from now for Inherit function as it is very costly. Red-naming a tavern partner is much better, and even a gold tavern partner fares just as well.
