when you hit a certain level, leveling up will slightly slow down. then slow down even more as you progress further. you do events for that if you wanna level up fast. Like Evil Spirit, Ryoka Attacks, Protect Sereitei. If you're lucky, you'd at least be able to gain a level. or a level and a half if you're of a lower level from the 50+ bracket.
