I think the red enchant stones give way better chances of getting psychic then the green ones, I have got it in the first few try's everytime so far.
Anyways really nice to have it, now get it on something that you will actually use :)

i used 8 red enchant stones, first 7 was +8 fury, the last one gave me +20% crit dmg, you're not alone my friend

there is no crit dmg in red stone as I know
