Daily Epic XP Scroll

In the reincarnation panel,It says that you can get a Certain amount of Epic EXP Scrolls after you reincarnated your main character.
But after my friend reincarnated he was dumbfounded and does not know where to get the daily ones,
me having not a single Idea came here to ask XD
Where do you get the Daily Epic EXP scrolls after reincarnating?

you dont get them, u only get 10 reincarnation stones daily

its a translation fail or it was supposed to give xp scroll and they fucked up or they changed thier mind

you only get exp when you inherit partner with reincarnation
