I can confirm I did just get my hiki from ubp. I have no reason to lie. US 103 yeah some people said they got her too you must contact support yourself about it, they will ask your name and server number and they are telling people that they will fix it ASAP... no words yet from someone that has been fixed yet, but I've seen reports from several people saying just what I said here
