can someone tell me what's the cheapest event to get shin daiguren toshiro ?Dumbass, you should get him at Special War Powers by easily stacking his coupons at Hueco Mondo Attack. Daiguren is the upgraded form of the Shin Toshiro. then say Adult toshiro or Bankai toshiro, or people will think you want special wars toshiro that u buy with hueco mundo coins.
about hes price i cant say for sure but i dont think hes price went down in past events, i can be wrong though. Last event cycle was probably the best if you didn't already have the gold. Doing a 40k topup would of got you both Adult Toshiro and Bankai Shunsui plus you would still have 100k gold after the normal rebate and Reio Furnace rebate.
